How it works?

Sending a package to your loved ones in Argentina should be a simple and stress-free experience. We’ve designed our service around a clear, four-step process to ensure your package is prepared correctly and arrives safely. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know, from placing your order to completing your payment. Follow along below to get started!

Step 1.

Place Your Order Online(fill out form)

First, reserve your spot for an upcoming shipment by filling out our online order form. This provides us with all the necessary sender and recipient information for your delivery.

Step 2.

Prepare the package

Next, get your items ready for their journey. Please follow these key instructions:

PRINT “PACKAGE SLIP”

Pack all your items into a single bag that can be opened for inspection (please do not tape or seal it).
If you're sending clothing or shoes, please remove all tags and original packaging.
Food or candy items must remain in their original, factory-sealed container.
Download, print, and fill out the shipping label below. Place the completed label inside the bag with your items.

Step 3.

Send or drop off your package to Our Office

Once your package is ready, bring it to our office. We have a secure drop-off box in our lobby for your convenience. If you live outside the area, you can also mail your package to us at the same address. Add Shipping instructions for Deliveries guys: Keypad Code 9872

Step 4.

Complete Your Payment

After we receive and weigh your package, we will inform you of the total cost. We accept a variety of payment methods:
